The A2 MIPS Helmet has everything you need to go ride MTB trails with gusto and confidence. First and foremost it's got the features needed to keep your head protected should you find gravity conspires to slam you into the dirt. The industry-first dual-density EPP - EPS impact liner does a brilliant job of protecting you from both high and slow speed impacts. The extended coverage of the A2 also provides comprehensive coverage of the head, no matter which way you fall. Meanwhile, the innovative MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) then takes care of brain protection, more on that below.

When it comes to comfort, the A2 is ahead of the pack too. Thanks to oversized intake and exhaust vents, airflow is optimised, offering up to 25% more flow than an A1. Inside, the X-Static® Pure Silver comfort liner is quick to wick away sweat and it's odour-resistant too - no stinky, itchy head after a fun day on the trails. With an easy to adjust head cradle and strap-dividers, fit and comfort are simple to get right every ride. Weighing a mere 350 grams, the A2 certainly won't weigh you down.

Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) is a proven system that reduces the rotational forces on the brain when you're involved in a crash. The forces are absorbed and redirected to prevent them from being transmitted to the brain.
