When you're riding and racing off-road, whether MTB, cyclocross or gravel, you need shoes to give you an efficient pedalling platform across rough terrain. At the same time, you need shoes whose comfort means you forget all about them as you focus on fast lines and flowing singletrack. The Jarin MTB shoes meet those requirements perfectly.
Starting with the upper, this is made with Microfibra Techpro a technical eco-friendly synthetic leather material. This material is both soft and supple for fabulous comfort but is also incredibly tough and durable to take on off-road riding. A rubber protector keeps the vulnerable toe area shielded from hidden rocks and roots while the reinforced heel cup locks your foot in place and resists deformation during longer mountain bike rides.
Comfortable cycling shoes are also reliant on allowing you to get a precise fit every time. And here the Jarin excel too. The upper Soft Instep Closure 4 system, with Techno-3 adjustment dial, features a wide, EVA thermo-formed padded strap which spreads pressure evenly over the instep. Adjustment on both sides of the foot gives you perfect comfort whether you have a high or low instep. This is then complemented by the lower Techno-3 Push System, allowing a precise and comfortable fit across your lower foot.
MTB SRS Carbon-Ground Sole
Then comes a stiff pedalling platform. Sidi's MTB SRS Carbon-Ground Sole provides confidence-inspiring power transfer and support of the foot as you ride fast across rough terrain. 100 grams lighter than the previous version it still retains the perfect balance of stiffness for pedalling efficiency with tuned flex for comfort on and off the bike. The replaceable toe and heel tread blocks give excellent traction when you're having to hop off the bike and run while the replaceable MTB Plate ensures the sole is protected against damage when you're clipped into your pedals. With toe spike compatibility it's ideal for the muddiest of mountain bike or cyclocross races.

These shoes are compatible with MTB pedal systems, which use the 2-bolt cleat standard (SPD standard), e.g.: Shimano SPD, Time ATAC, CrankBrothers, CrankBrothers Race, Look MTB, Xtreme MTB, Wellgo MTB, Ritchey MTB.
