Performance Perfected

The team at Assos have improved the fit, with a more flexible wind-blocking front and elastic mesh rear panel offering a more snug fit that also rustles less when you're at speed. 

There's also an improved armhole elastic, reducing friction but maintaining a perfect fit. The updated mesh back also reduces weight, bringing the UMA GT Wind Vest C2 in at an impressive 56 grams (size x-small). Once the weather clears or you hit the warmth of the valley, it packs up easily into a jersey pocket. 

Featured Fabrics

To the front of the gilet, Assos' Breaker fabric prevents cold winds from getting inside while a water-repellent finish shrugs off a light rain shower. To the back, tear-resistant and bi-stretch Ventamesh maintains excellent breathability and airflow, preventing you from overheating and getting too sweaty.

The UMA GT Wind Vest C2 benefits from Assos' regularFit. It's streamlined enough to minimise wasted energy but has the space to allow easy movement and to fully enjoy carbo-loading at a mid-ride cafe stop.
